The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) was established on April 27, 2020, under the IFSCA Act, 2019, and is headquartered at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. It serves as a unified regulator for financial products, services, and institutions in India’s IFSCs. Before its formation, regulation was handled separately by RBI, SEBI, PFRDA, and IRDAI. The IFSCA promotes seamless inter-regulatory coordination to enhance the ease of doing business in IFSCs. Its goal is to position India as a global financial hub while catering to both domestic and international economic needs.

NPS was introduced by the Central Government to help the individuals have income in the form of pension to take care of their retirement needs. The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) regulates and administers NPS under the PFRDA Act, 2013. The All India Management Association (AIMA), established in 1957, is the apex body of the management profession in India, representing leaders and managers nationwide. It is a not-for-profit organization working with industry, government, academia, and students to enhance management capabilities. AIMA offers services like testing, distance education, training, and executive development through a wide network of members and local associations. It has embraced digital transformation early, offering remote proctored tests and hybrid learning solutions.
